The following is what I learned and gained from the book which is talking about experiential teaching:
1 Teaching should always be “learner-centered”, with teachers an organizer, an observer and a facilitator.
2 Interest should be the first drive for students to learn English, facilitated by goal, skills and technology.
3 Reflection should always be encouraged, thus to be a habit of student, which is a real way to success of study.
4 In future, I would like to study more about experiential teaching & learning and put more elements to my teaching. A. Games are good ways to invoke interest and involve students in the learning process. B. Aids like video, PPT and pictures are another wonderful ways to wake up those visual and audio type students.C .Teaching students not only to learn but also how to learn, teaching them skills and methods. D .Reflection encouragement should always be done among students, with sharing and learning more efficiently.

The above is what I have gained from the book. I believe the experiential learning and teaching is the right trend of the modern education.
